  1. Event Planning and Design
    We work closely with you to create a detailed plan for your event, designing a virtual space that reflects your vision and meets your goals. Everything from event structure planning (agendas, activities, and breakout sessions), full customization of the Mansion platform with branding and themes and pre-event setup, testing and rehearsal.

  2. Pre-Event Registration and Help Desk
    With extensive experience creating user friendly
    Event Registration Systems, customized to your event and brand as well as professional Help Desk operations management, House 6 Designs is there to take the stress out of your big event! Single day to multi-day events, we are here to help you be successful.

  3. Day-of Event Management
    Let House 6 Designs handle the technical and logistical aspects while you focus on connecting with your audience. With services like real-time support and troubleshooting, live event facilitation and moderation and managing your interactive tools like pools, Q&A sessions, breakout rooms and more.

  4. Post-Event Follow-Up
    After your event, we provide actionable insights and support to maximize the impact of your efforts. This includes things like post-event analytics and reporting, attendee feedback collection and analysis, as well as customized follow-up materials like recordings or thank you emails.

Virtual Event Hosting Packages

Our pricing is based on the size of the event, the venue needed within the Mansion, and the hours required to go from concept to post-event follow-up.

You will see the virtual event space cost outlined in each package so that you can see the massive savings vs hosting an in-person event.

All packages include one dedicated Event Support Team Member.


Additional hours may be added to your package for Day-of Event support, per support team member needed at a rate of $75/hour per team member.

Book a call today to discuss our Ongoing Event Support Package that is designed to help you host regularly scheduled events, meetings, workshops and gathering. Billed monthly with unlimited access to the venue for as long as you need it. Pricing varies based on event space needs and number of potential concurrent attendees.

Small Package

For small-scale events and workshops

  • Event size: Up to 50 attendees
  • Venue: The Studio ($50)
  • Service Hours: Up to 10 hours, covering event planning, setup, day-of support, and post-event follow-up.
  • Includes: Venue customization and branding, basic interactive tools like live Q&A and polls and light post-event analytics.
  • 1 dedicated Event Support Team Member.


Cost Breakdown:

  • Venue Fee: $50
  • Service Fee: $750 (10 hours at $75/hour

Total: $800

Medium Package

For medium-sized events with interactive features

  • Event size: Up to 51-100 attendees
  • Venue: The Forum($100)
  • Service Hours: Up to 20 hours, covering comprehensive event design, interactive features, and detailed post-event reporting.
  • Includes: Fully branded venue customizations, advanced interactive tools like breakout rooms and gamification, and detailed post-event analytics and attendee feedback.
  • 1 dedicated Event Support Team Member.


Cost Breakdown:

  • Venue Fee: $100
  • Service Fee: $1500 (20 hours at $75/hour

Total: $1600

Large Package

For large-scale, multi-session events

  • Event size: Up to 101-300 attendees
  • Venue: The Grand Ballroom($300)
  • Service Hours: Up to 40 hours, including advanced planning, multi-session management, and post-event support.
  • Includes: Custom branding and multi-session agenda setup, advanced interactive features, multi-room breakout spaces and comprehensive post-event reporting with actionable insights.
  • 1 dedicated Event Support Team Member. Additional Event Support Team Members can be added for an additional fee of $75/hour per team member. 


Cost Breakdown:

  • Venue Fee: $300
  • Service Fee: $3000 (40 hours at $75/hour

Total: $3300

Bespoke Package

Larger, high-profile events, that span multi-days and have complex requirements

starting at $5100.00

  • Event size: Up to 300+ attendees
  • Venue: The Mansion ($600)
  • Service Hours: Up to 60 hours, tailored to large-scale or multi-day events with complex requirements.
  • Includes: Custom-designed venues with immersive branding, VIP attendee management with exclusive breakout spaces, advanced integrations and gamification features, and in-depth post-event analysis and recommendations.
  • 1 dedicated Event Support Team Member. Additional Event Support Team Members can be added for an additional fee of $75/hour per team member. 


Cost Breakdown:

  • Venue Fee: $600
  • Service Fee: $4500 (60 hours at $75/hour
